Hi everyone! Happy Sunday!
I’ve been getting our house ready for Spring for about two weeks now, but I finally took down my last remaining winter décor (some winter pillows) this week. I’m crossing my fingers that it’ll make Spring come faster. That’s how it works right?
You can see last week’s Sunday Instagram Roundup [here], and you can follow me on Instagram [here].
Our china cabinet got a little Spring makeover as well. That magnolia wreath has now been in three different places in our home and I’ve had it about a week and a half. Talk about indecisive. You can see more about our antique ladder + pendant lights [here]. This one was just a throwback photo from the 4th of July – Henry looks like such a baby!
I shared my thrift store basket turned wall art this week [here]. I very, very rarely find anything at thrift stores so I was quite excited when I discovered this awesome basket! I still have zero clue what kind of basket it is…it looks like a bag/purse of some sort. Any ideas? Originally I was going to cut it into two pieces (two separate baskets) but decided to leave it together as one piece. I love how it turned out!
Our church pew got a little bit of a refresh for Spring. I blogged about it [here].
Does anyone else stalk the home décor stuff at Target until it goes on clearance or is that just me? I typically can’t bring myself to pay full price for anything when I know I can find an alternative for less expensive somewhere else OR just wait for it to go on clearance! Does that make me cheap or smart? ;) Target it killing it lately though, so it’s so difficult to walk away. Spring flowers in the hopes that it’ll help bring Spring quicker. I’m so cold, you guys. I’m ready for WARMTH!
I put up just a little tiny bit of Valentine’s Day décor in our house, and I’m loving how cute our bedroom looks! I actually really like Valentine’s Day. It’s fun to celebrate love! I posted about our bookshelf’s spring makeover [here].
I hope your weekend was fantastic! Does anyone have big plans for this week? Make it a fun one!
