It’s been a while since I’ve done a try-on session! I think the cold weather just makes me want to stay inside where it’s warm. But we have a spring trip coming up this month and I have been looking for some cute new stuff to wear! Yesterday I made a trip to American Eagle for a little try-on before the snow storm hit, so I’m going to show you what I found today.

I have been sooo looking forward to putting some warm weather clothes back into my closet. The sweaters and cardigans are starting to get old! ;)
I have shared links to everything under the images for easy shopping!
I always love stripes, and this long sleeve tee is great for transitioning to spring. It does run slightly short, so I’d probably only wear with high waisted jeans/shorts or tucked into a skirt. Fits TTS, wearing size small.
These “tomgirl” distressed jeans are so cute for spring! They don’t have much stretch and run big, so I sized down one size. Wearing a size O.
I’ve been searching for a tee like this, so I picked it up as soon as I saw it! So cute and comfy! Fits slightly oversized, wearing size small.

I love the button up detail on this tee – it makes it a little more interesting than a plain old white tee. It is slightly cropped, so I’d pair with a high waist bottom! Fits TTS, wearing size small.
It’s always such a challenge to find a well-fitting pair of cute shorts. These weren’t my FAVORITE that I’ve ever tried on, but they’re still pretty cute. I think I’m going to hold out for some that are a little longer….but if you like your shorts on the shorter size, try these out! Run small, I sized up one size to a 4.

This striped flowy top is fun and pretty – I love it for spring and summer! It is cropped (are you guys seeing a theme here yet?! I have a feeling we’ll be seeing lots of cropped tops when the weather warms up)…so again, pair with a bottom that is more on the high-waisted side.
I did NOT love these white jeans…I’m actually thinking of doing a try-on of only white jeans at some point so I can compare several pairs from several stores. It’s just so difficult to find a flattering, well-fitting pair that doesn’t show every single imperfection on your legs. Can I get an amen?! This pair I tried on just wasn’t very cute in the back. I’m going to continue my search. ;)
Again with the cropped shirts. ;) I always love camo, so wanted to try this one out! A little too cropped for my liking, but if cropped is your thing, grab this top!

This button up tee is really cute for tucking into a high waisted skirt! Love the button detail. Fits TTS, wearing size small.
LOOOVE this skirt so much! Would be so cute with a lot of different types of tops (graphic tee, a cute tank, blouse, etc.)…and it would also be fun to wear with sneakers, flat sandals, and wedges. So versatile and cute! I’m wearing a size 2 here but am going to size down one to a 0 – the waist is a little big, and it’s meant to be worn up high.
Another one of my favorites was this tank – such a good basic, and also perfect for layering! The button detail is really cute, too. Fits TTS, wearing size small.

This jumpsuit is really cute and so good for spring and summer. It would look great with a pair of flat sandals (the Birkenstocks from my recent shoe roundup would be cute!), sneakers, or a wedge sandal. I am 5’7″ and felt like it was just a tiny bit on the short side, so maybe size up if you’re around my height. Any shorter and your true size would be perfect!
