Home gym must haves for an efficient workout at home
We recently decided to convert our basement’s living area over into a home gym. Our home has two other living spaces so this third one honestly was just wasted space – nobody used it! And because of Covid, we didn’t want to join a public gym. So we started to look into building our own home gym.
We did a bunch of research to find the most efficient equipment. We wanted to save space (and money, obviously!). Hopefully this guide will help you if you’re interested in building your own home gym!
