Today’s is the DAY! I’m going to be sharing my top picks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 in one blog post with links for easy shopping.
I’ll share ALL of my top picks, plus what I actually ordered. I feel like this sale and all of the hype and buzz around it creates a feeling that you NEED to buy allll the things…just because they’re on sale. But please just remember: you don’t actually need to purchase anything. And if something sells out, it’s not the end of the world! I know that this sale can create so much pressure, but just a friendly reminder that it’s OK to not shop if it stresses you out!
I ordered several things to try – a few of them I’m going to pick up in-store, and a few weren’t available for in-store pick up so I just shipped those to my house. If anything doesn’t work, I’ll return it. Nordstrom has FREE returns, which I love! If you’re on the fence about something but think that you may love it…you’re not out anything if you order it but end up not wanting to keep it.

Leopard Booties
I’ve been on the hunt for a cute pair of leopard booties, and I love the slit detail on these! I have a feeling these will probably sell out because they’re SO cute and leopard is so trendy right now.
Sizing: I ordered these in my normal size but they were a little snug. I recommend going up a half size!

Treasure & Bond Leather Jacket
This sale is a really good time to purchase any “investment” pieces that are more expensive but that you know you’ll wear all the time. I’ve had my eye on a more expensive leather jacket (if you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw me post about it in my stories!)…so when I saw that this one was on sale for less than half the price I had to try it! Like I said, if it doesn’t fit or I don’t love it as much as the other, I will just return it. I had to try it, though! I’ve heard great things. I bought an XS.

Barefoot Dreams Cardigan
I have been wanting a Barefoot Dreams cardigan for FOREVER and finally decided to “pull the trigger” during now because it’s on sale! These are so, so soft (like a cloud!) and, from what I hear, hold up really well through washing and drying. I ordered mine in the color “bisque”

Marc Fisher Booties
I ordered these in “light natural leather.” They come in several colors and are SO cute! Love that they come up a little higher on your ankle.
Sizing: I ordered these in my normal size but they were a little snug. I recommend going up a half size! I had to re-order them in a half size bigger.

I ordered these in tortilla suede. LOVE the split detail and the pointed toe…I think they’re going to be super flattering on!

If this sweater comes back in stock, I’m buying it! It’s SO cute and perfectly oversized. Great for wearing as a sweater dress but also can be worn tucked into jeans or with leggings (because it’ll cover your booty!) It is still in stock in several other colors!

Levi’s Ribcage Super High Waist Ankle Straight Leg jeans – these are the jeans I loved the most out of everything I tried on! The description itself is everything I look for in a pair of jeans. They look cute cuffed at the bottom, too, with a pair of booties!
Sizing: I’m wearing my “usual” size in them and they were still semi-snug. They will probably stretch out some after a few wears (then will be snug again after washing). I’d say go with your usual size OR one size up for a slightly slouchier look.

Paige Verdugo Ultra Skinny Jeans – the dark wash made these jeans really flattering. I just prefer that my jeans have a little bit higher rise, so I did not buy them.

FRAME Le High Straight Slim Ankle Jeans – Loove the wash and the slit hem on these! SO cute – my other favorite pair. I always love FRAME denim, super flattering.
Sizing: Fits TTS, go with your usual size (or size up for a looser fit).

Topshop Straight Leg Cord Trousers – These pants are so funky and different, I really like them! These could be dressed up (for work) OR down, with a pair of sneakers and a tee or sweater/sweatshirt.
Sizing: Fits oversized, but I’d stick to your usual size – they’re meant to be slouchier.

Topshop crewneck sweater – LOVE this sweater, such a good staple for fall and winter! Cute for wearing with jeans, tucked into a skirt or over a dress…this can be worn a lot of ways. It comes in three colors.
Sizing – Slightly oversized, I am wearing an XS and typically do a small in tops.
